Gyms with childcare in San Francisco

3 gyms in San Francisco list childcare on their own website, checked October 2026.

San Francisco has far fewer gyms with childcare than most lists suggest. YKids runs at only two of the city’s YMCAs (Presidio and Stonestown). We also checked 24 Hour Fitness, Equinox and Bay Club in SF, and none lists childcare. We also didn’t find childcare mentioned on FITNESS SF’s location pages or the JCCSF Fitness Center page, so call before you join.

Checked: no childcare listed on the official site

Other directories show childcare hours for some of these. Here’s what the clubs’ own sites say.
